"T L CONSULTING" unites the efforts of a team of professionals in the area of legal and consulting services. One of the main specifics that distinguish the law firm is the combination of legal and management approach in solving the various cases, which appear every day in the works of the company.

The Office works successfully on specific projects in the field of Pharmacy and Medicine. We have successfully provided consultations concerning models for privatization and management of state-owned pharmaceutical companies, Galenic factories, dental clinics and medical centers. We actively participate in the implementation of pilot projects for restructuring big state-owned hospitals such as the merger of a district multiprofile hospital into a University hospital. We have developed and introduced projects for joint activities between state-owned and university hospitals and centers providing people with amputations and disabilities with medical products and rehabilitation services.

A distinctive part of our work is consistent adherence to the European legal regime enacted in Bulgaria since January 1st, 2007. We are strictly observing the principles of the primate and the direct effect of the European legal norms. We are carefully monitoring and applying the practices of the European Court in Luxemburg in order to achieve consistent rulings with stability on the territory of the EU. Similarly, we are taking into account the practice of the European Court of Human Rights on cases related to defending human rights and to observing the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. In relation to this we are closely watching the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union which acquired full legal effect with the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon on 1 December 2009.

Currently over 90% of the law office clients are Bulgarian and foreign juridical persons. The partners of the company themselves, have invested successfully in different projects, therefore the view on the clients’ needs is from the perspective of the manager.

A basic principle in the "T L Consulting" practice is to avoid, if possible, court trials in civil courts and other jurisdictions. Following this principle, we aim at contributing to solving the arguments that arise by non-judicial ways, through reaching voluntary contracts and agreements. This principle is due on one hand to the slow court procedures and to the unforeseeable in many cases outcome of the court trials, and on the other hand –because of the risk of a slowdown of the trial, the debtor may become insolvent, and the debt amounts awarded in court could not be collected. Despite the basic objective to avoid court trials, our specialized team in court trial representation, if necessary, effectively conducts legal defence in civil and arbitrage courts in the country.
